4. Intellectual property
IRICE operates under licence the standards owned by NORMATYS.
The Effinature, BPS and CBCA standards, together with the system conditions that govern them, are published under the NORMATYS programme, and are published under its NORMATYS programme at normatys.org. The group trademarks are held by NORMAXIS.
In the event of any discrepancy, the system conditions published on normatys.org prevail.
Editorial content specific to this website (texts, layouts, illustrations, graphic elements) is protected by copyright and remains the property of IRICE unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
5. Group affiliation
IRICE SAS is a company of the NORMAXIS group, which holds the group trademarks.
NORMATYS, under whose programme the standards operated by IRICE are published, and IRICE, the certification body, are two separate legal entities, both belonging to the NORMAXIS group. This affiliation is disclosed: it is treated as an impartiality risk that is identified, analysed and controlled under ISO/IEC 17065, not as an absence of any link. The corresponding safeguards are described on the Impartiality page.
NORMATYS is the trading name of DAVANTI, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 878 397 595, with registered office at 10 rue du Lieutenant Parayre, Espace Wagner Bâtiment A2, 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France.
